We hosted our Squash Individual Championships at North Shore Squash Club over three days, from Tuesday 5 May to Thursday 7 May. It was an incredible few days of fierce competition, impressive performances, and high-quality Squash action.

The Men’s Division 1 semi-finals and finals delivered some incredible battles, with Surya Sathish (Westlake Boys High School) taking out first place after a gruelling five set match against Ryan Linton (Rangitoto College).

In the Women’s Division 1, Yusra Rashid (Orewa College) claimed first place, with Yila van Loggerenberg (Carmel College) finishing second, after two days of consistently strong performances from both players.

A massive thank you to North Shore Squash Club for hosting this event, and to Nick from Auckland Squash for all his hard work and support in making the Championships possible. We’d also like to acknowledge all the TICs and Squash coaches who were there throughout the tournament helping everything run smoothly.

We look forward to seeing many of you back on court during the College Sport Squash Season and again at our Team Championships at North Shore Squash Club on the 16^th & 17^th of June!
