McAuley High School is a Catholic girls’ school in Otahuhu, known for its proud tradition of academic excellence and a strong focus to co-curricular involvement.

We are inviting expressions of interest from dedicated and qualified individuals to take on the role of coach for our Premier Basketball team in the 2026 season. With the team positioned to potentially earn promotion to the Girls’ Premier Grade, we seek a coach who is eager to rise to the challenge and help our athletes achieve their highest potential.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience coaching at a competitive secondary school or representative level

- A strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team environment

- Respect for the special Catholic character of the school

- Ability to deliver a minimum of 2 training sessions per week

- Availability to attend weekly games and National Tournament Week

- Willingness to undergo police vetting as part of the school's safeguarding process
