13th May - Summer sports have now finished and winter sports are underway. Now is a great time to pay some attention to developing your coaching skills: if you only coach a summer sport then you have some downtime to plan your development and assess where you are; if you are coaching a winter sport then you are able to reflect on your practice and work directly on achieving your goals. Either way now is a good time to pay some attention to your coach development.

National Schools Triathlon and Open Water Champs
11th Mar - The National Schools Triathlon and National Schools Open Water Swim Champs are less than two weeks away, but it’s not too late to enter!
Held at Pegasus, Christchurch, this year’s Triathlon Champs are a great opportunity for schools to challenge each other, while the swim champs also provide an opportunity for swimmers, surf life savers, water polo players and triathletes to win a national schools title and get bragging rights!
